We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our People Team and help us attract top talent for all key areas. You’ll work closely with top management, our AI Recruitment Specialist, and other colleagues, tackling ambitious tasks alongside people who are passionate about the company’s mission.
Requirements
- You have a proven track record in building strong recruitment teams and processes.
- With 5+ years in recruitment, you’ve filled senior IT positions and quickly grasped business needs to find the right candidates globally.
- Your expertise includes working with C-level executives: you understand what matters to them, how they think, and how to tailor recruitment strategies to business objectives while offering your perspective on talent strategy.
- You are highly skilled in Executive Search, Headhunting, and technical sourcing. Whether on LinkedIn or Telegram, you know where to find the right talent, are proficient in Boolean search, and stay up-to-date with the latest sourcing trends across channels.
- You have experience evaluating candidates for complex technical roles and can speak their language.
- Your excellent negotiation skills enable you to manage agencies effectively, ensuring a seamless process from first application to start date.
Responsibilities
Take charge of the recruitment process:
- Oversee the entire hiring journey — from the first “we need someone” conversation to the candidate’s first day — keeping each stage transparent, efficient, and grounded in a personal touch.
- Act as an expert in role management: understand each position’s specifics, analyze the candidate market, and propose bold, effective strategies for sourcing and attracting top candidates.
- Support hiring managers in developing technical tasks that showcase candidates’ skills and give them a sense of our culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies and industry experts.
- Stay connected with talent in the pipeline, keeping them engaged.
- Continuously assess and enhance the hiring process through feedback, collaboration with the business and candidates, and adoption of new recruitment tools and strategies.
- Champion our internal referral program, encouraging team members to identify and recommend top-fit candidates.
Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers and the HRD:
- Act as a strategic advisor to C-level leaders, saving time and resources by refining job requirements, identifying top candidates, and focusing attention on the best talent.
- Contribute to workforce planning and forecasting, aligned with current and future company goals.
