Your role will be pivotal: structuring chaos, ensuring project completion, and acting as the personal efficiency manager for the CEO, all while demonstrating tact and care.

Responsibilities
- CEO Management: managing the CEO's focus to achieve company strategic goals, scheduling, summarizing and following up, preparing reports and materials for meetings, consolidating tasks in Obsidian and coordinating their execution, and daily reporting on project status updates.
- Administrative block: setting up automations using AI tools and zapper, communicating with partners and journalists in English, building the CEO's idea library, distributing and monitoring CEO tasks to other teams, tracking work chats and social networks. Promoting projects through communication and uniting departments.
- Project-management: assisting in organizing strategic sessions, longevity research, publishing a company book, developing the CEO's personal brand on TikTok and X platforms, and creating a virtual avatar for the CEO.
- Personal tasks: organizing medical check-ups and doctor appointments, travel support, handling tax payments and contributions, and monitoring balances of cards and mobile tariffs in four countries.
