Our app’s aim is to help people improve their health through personalized recommendations based on data analysis. Currently, we have 10 million users in 130 countries. We are looking for an Ads Creative Producer to help make our ads even bolder and more exciting. You’ll be generating fresh ideas and collaborating with designers. Expect brainstorming sessions with the team, where you’ll seek out unconventional solutions and bring them to life. We offer a flexible schedule, remote work, and the freedom to experiment — an excellent opportunity for those who want to have a real impact on product development.
Requirements
- We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience working with mobile apps. It’s important to know how to come up with catchy hooks and write scripts. If you can create UGC creatives that grab attention, and hold it — you’re exactly what we need. You should have a solid understanding of ad platform algorithms (Facebook, TikTok, Twitter) and a portfolio that includes successful creatives or videos with great metrics that required complex production.
- We expect B2-level English for writing scripts and handling communication. You should confidently work in Excel and be able to clearly formulate tasks and briefs. You know where to find trends and how to source great references.
- It’s a big plus if you’re comfortable using ChatGPT (it’ll be your constant assistant). Familiarity with Midjourney, ElevenLabs, Runway, or Pika is a bonus. Basic skills in Figma, Asana, Google Sheets, and Google Docs will also come in handy.
- We value asynchronous communication, so it’s crucial that you can clearly express your thoughts to the team. We appreciate proactivity and the drive to make things even better. You’re not afraid to ask questions and openly discuss issues.
Responsibilities
- You’ll be developing new ad concepts and creating fresh formats, including UGC creatives we haven’t explored yet. Together with our creative lead and the design team, you’ll be pioneering new directions in advertising.
- Around 30% of your time will be spent on operational tasks: setting tasks for the team, writing briefs, analyzing creatives, and participating in planning. The remaining 70% will focus on the creative side: generating ideas, analyzing competitors, finding UGC creators, writing scripts, and seeking inspiration.
- You’ll need to generate 10-20 new ideas each week that will help the product grow.
- The biggest challenge — finding bold and striking ideas that aren’t just attention-grabbing, but also deliver results, hitting KPIs and pushing the business forward.
Team and Mission
- In this role, you’ll work closely with our creative lead, brainstorming and refining ideas for advertising, discussing them, and finding ways to make them even better. You’ll be assigning tasks to our team, which includes two graphic designers and two motion designers who will help bring your concepts to life. You’ll also collaborate extensively with the ad buying team and participate in brainstorm sessions to come up with fresh and creative solutions together with your colleagues.
- We have plenty of systems with fascinating stories and ambitious plans, so boredom won’t be an issue. At the start, you’ll be introduced to all the internal processes and helped to get into the swing of things. We work cross-functionally, so there will always be a colleague ready to offer advice and support.
- Our goal is to help millions of people improve their health and quality of life. We are a product-focused company entirely dedicated to one product, and we control every stage of development ourselves. No one can force us to change our mission or act against the interests of our users.
- We care about results, but we also give you plenty of freedom to execute. We trust you and the team by default — without excessive oversight or micromanagement. We aim to avoid bureaucracy and keep the number of managers minimal, ensuring that things run smoothly and efficiently.
Benefits
- You can live in any country — our company was designed from the start as a distributed team, so we have well-established processes for remote work. You’ll find colleagues in many countries and cities around the world, and in some of them, we have offices or informal meeting spots, so you’ll never feel isolated.
- We don’t list salary ranges because it’s very individual — we’ll discuss what we can offer you during the trial period based on market realities. As for benefits, we offer the opportunity to purchase equipment with a 50% subsidy after six months of work, access to a psychologist for support, and a stock option program for significant achievements.
- You’ll have the freedom to choose your own "reset" and travel days with paid time off. We don’t track the number of vacation days you take, and you can set your own flexible work schedule, as long as it aligns with the workload.
