Requirements
- We are looking for a Motion Designer (Part-Time) with at least 1 year of experience, and if you have experience working with advertising creatives in any field, that will be a big plus.
- It is important for us that you can work with basic rotoscoping, create Lottie animations, and perform tracking through Mocha or a standard tracker.
- You should be able to create seamless edits, work with the Graph Editor, and understand its impact on animation.
- You know how to compose sound effects with music and voiceover to make them sound harmonious and organic.
- We expect you to have basic color correction skills and understand how to work with the depth and colors of an image.
- It is important for us that you can create creatives from scratch in AE using stock materials, even if such tasks are infrequent.
- We expect you to be proficient with Figma, AE, and Media Encoder, know how to work with layers, export from Figma to AE, render quality videos, set up rendering, and reduce video weight without losing quality.
- Basic skills in using ChatGPT and Midjourney, along with a desire to learn new neural networks and develop in this direction.
- We are looking for a team player who is ready to brainstorm new advertising ideas every week, work autonomously without micromanagement, share skills, solve small problems independently, and not be afraid to ask for help.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for creating advertising creatives. The advertising video clips will be the direct result of your work. Each week, you will receive analytics showing how much revenue each video you create has generated, allowing you to always know the impact you are making on the company's growth.
- 70% of the work in this position will consist of animating pre-made storyboards. You will need to take a layered storyboard from Figma to AE, animate it, and add stock music. You are required to create smooth and beautiful animations, paying attention to the maximum number of details.
- 30% of the work will involve creating creatives from scratch according to specific briefs, using ready-made illustrations and stock footage. You will experiment with new fonts, colors, and footage to create effective advertising videos.
- Occasionally, you will work on video animations for SMM, ASO, Product, and CRM marketing, making the tasks quite varied. The main work will be related to animating pre-made storyboards, but sometimes you will need to create small scenes from scratch.
- The most challenging part of the job will be the routine of animation, as our creatives are often similar to each other. Additionally, it will be a challenge to constantly generate new ideas, as our team holds brainstorming sessions every week.
