We are looking for an AI Chat Experience Product Manager to build the smartest, most engaging AI chat experience for our users. This AI companion will proactively start conversations, adapt to users behavior and drive deeper engagement. Your mission is to create an intelligent, context-aware assistant that understands user needs, predicts what they’re looking for, and builds long-term relationships to help them improve their health.
Key Competencies
- AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI technologies, LLM principles, and prompt engineering skills.
- Data & Analytics: Experience with analyzing metrics, user behavior interpretation, A/B testing, Amplitude, Metabase, and user interviews.
- Product Thinking: Ability to develop growth strategies, generate hypotheses, assess the impact of features on retention and LTV, and extract insights from analytics.
- UX & User Experience: Knowledge of mobile UX/UI, experience with chatbot and AI assistant interfaces.
- User Psychology: Understanding motivation, interaction scenarios, and conducting user research.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of APIs, mobile app architecture, and AI assistant integration.
- Language Skills: English C1+; additional languages are a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop the strategy and architecture of the AI chat experience, with a focus on retention and user satisfaction.
- Turn the AI assistant from reactive to proactive —build mechanics that let it start meaningful conversations on its own.
- Make it feel personal — adapt its tone and recommendations to each user behavior and data.
- Integrate the AI assistant into the broader product ecosystem, ensuring support for voice input, multimodal data processing, and localization.
- Use data to track DAU, engagement, and user satisfaction, run hypothesis testing, and optimize interaction mechanics.
- Improve AI pipelines to enhance response accuracy and value, working closely with prompt engineers and NLP specialists.
- Lead a cross-functional team, including AI developers, ML engineers, UX researchers, iOS developers, and backend engineers.
- Ensure seamless integration of the AI chatbot within the app ecosystem.
